– For digital OTT platform subscriptions, education subscriptions, and Shared Account services, refunds can be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– Refund requests for subscription services must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order details.
– Refunds will only be considered if the subscription has not been used or activated.
– Private Account Are not Possible to Refund once a Subscription Added
2. Software Licenses and Products:
– Refunds for software licenses and products can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– Refund requests for software licenses and products must be submitted via email to email@example.com and include the order details.
– Refunds will only be considered if the product has not been installed, used, or damaged.
Process for Making a Refund Request:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the applicable refund window mentioned above.
2. Include the following information in your refund request:
– Full name
– Order number
– Contact information
– Reason for the refund request
3. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to provide further instructions.
Timeframe for Refunds:
1. After the refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
2. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind or personal preferences.
