This Terms and Conditions Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the website/mobile app (“Platform”) owned and operated by PrenKey. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of this Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. Permitted Use:
1.1. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
1.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, publish, adapt, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit the Platform or any content therein without prior written permission.

2. User Responsibilities:
2.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration and keep their account information up to date.
2.2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.
2.3. Users shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Platform or its systems.

3. Prohibited Activities:
3.1. Users shall not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
3.2. Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
3.3. Users shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or the servers or networks connected to the Platform.

4. Liability:
4.1. PrenKey is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred from using the Platform or its content.
4.2. PrenKey does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available on the Platform.
4.3. PrenKey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
4.4. PrenKey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
5.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

6. Dispute Resolution:
6.1. In the event of any dispute arising between PrenKey and a user, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.
6.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may choose to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws.

By continuing to access and use the Platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Policy. PrenKey reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications will constitute acceptance of those changes.
